Terms of Service

Welcome to Universal Edge Delivery Platform provided by 吉星達企業社. By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

The Service provides streaming-infrastructure SDKs, demos, and related apps. Demos may use simulated data and may differ from production.

2. License & restrictions

  • We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as documented.
  • You may not reverse engineer, crack, resell unauthorized copies, or use the Service unlawfully.
  • You may not use the Service to infringe IP, privacy, or distribute unauthorized content.

3. Accounts

If accounts are offered, you must protect credentials and are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Payments

Store purchases follow the platform’s payment and refund policies. We update subscription status based on store notices.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the Service in the prior 12 months (or zero if free).

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Taipei District Court has first-instance jurisdiction.
